The hotel had some major issues that disappointed us during our stay. While the pool area was set up well for kids, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were subpar, which was a huge letdown. The dining left much to be desired, with a lack of quality and service. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for families looking for a pleasant experience.

Our stay had its highs and lows. The restaurant was a definite highlight with great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, we encountered some serious issues with the pool and check-in experience, which really detracted from our overall enjoyment. The facility seems to be in need of better upkeep, especially regarding the cleanliness of some areas.

The hotel has a fun indoor waterpark that kids enjoyed, but it’s overshadowed by significant maintenance issues and outdated facilities. While the pool area is a highlight, the rooms felt cramped and unsafe for younger children. Dining was a letdown with poor service and disappointing food quality, making the overall experience less enjoyable.
